Arrival to the Bayern game (alien.top)

Hi everyone,

in 2 weeks I will be visiting my first Bayern game in the Allianz Arena. I have a few questions for the stadium veterans:

I will arrive from Oberpfalz by car: What is the best spot to park (Park&Ride in Fröttmaning, or directly at the parking spots of the Allianz arena, or even outside for example at Garching and go with the subway)? The goal is get a parking spot and not to stuck in the traffic after the game.
How many hours/minutes should I be at the arena before kick-off in order to get to my seat without stress?

For anyone else, who wants to visit the games from Munich, when you are visiting the City for example. Always take Metro and not by car at the Stadium. Rookie mistake. May take an hour or so to leave. The Metro is quite full, but not too stressful in my experience and after a win, it's also cool to be in the Metro.
