Just by looking at the graph I would prefer the smaller box. Reasons being that the broader response rise would sound fuller instead of just boomy. And extension may even feel better compared to the lower peak.
If you truly just want more extension, probably just port it lower. The high Qes however would suggest to better not port it at all. On the other hand, you're looking for fun and the high-ish Q may just give you that in boomy fashion!
Are these actually going to be used fullrange, or as an assist on the BIB/horns?
Had to Google BIB to be honest, still don't know what it stands for...
