Hi everyone,

in 2 weeks I will be visiting my first Bayern game in the Allianz Arena. I have a few questions for the stadium veterans:

I will arrive from Oberpfalz by car: What is the best spot to park (Park&Ride in Fröttmaning, or directly at the parking spots of the Allianz arena, or even outside for example at Garching and go with the subway)? The goal is get a parking spot and not to stuck in the traffic after the game.
How many hours/minutes should I be at the arena before kick-off in order to get to my seat without stress?

P2 Parkhaus in Garching Hochbrück. Any different answer is just wrong if you are arriving by car. It doesn’t fill up at all on match day like the P+R. It’s covered and not expensive. It’s one stop north which means you don’t get stuck in the line of about a thousand people all at once trying to take the U6 south into Munich. You can easily walk on any train to go north. I had a midday weekend match recently and my car was one of 4 in a structure that could hold probably 200-300? No one seems to know about this yet. It is the way.
