Remember when the AFC East was considered to be a division of death? Right now, only one AFC East team has a winning record, and they are 6-3. (alien.top)

Overall, the AFC East has a 17-21 record. This past weekend three AFC East teams lost "out of division" games, the only one that didn't was the Dolphins, and they had a bye week.

Not what many expected, I think.

While I'm not saying the division has been great, you expect a "division of death" to have good teams with worse records than they would in weaker divisions.
