The Bills got the most hype I’ve ever seen for a team that lost in the 2nd round geesh
That’s always kinda what left me scratching my head about the narrative or thought that if they could’ve won that game their destiny or whatever would’ve been different. Like maybe it would’ve been, but they lost to the chiefs who ended up losing to the bengals, who ended up losing to the rams in the Super Bowl. And then we saw them the year after play those Bengals and lose in the playoffs in a game that wasn’t even as close as the final score would indicate. I think it’s more likely they would’ve just ended up losing to Cincy the next week instead of beating the Rams and winning it all even if they had gotten past Kansas City
I mean they were on pace to have the greatest offense ever in the playoffs, what is there to not understand about the hype?
I think many assume they would’ve kept it rolling bc Josh Allen was on a playoff heater like no QB I’ve ever seen since 2012 Flacco
dude completed 77.4% of his passes for 637 yards and 9 TDs for a 149.0 passer rating to go along with 134 rushing yards in 2 games. those stats don’t even look real
I don't know why you think it was more likely they would have lost to Cincy. Josh was putting up unreal numbers and the offense was clicking on a NFL record setting pace. They put up nearly 80 points in 2 playoff games.
I mean when you go back and look at that postseason in ‘21 and look at Allen’s stats it’s hard to find a QB who was playing better in recent memory that also lost so early in the playoffs.
