Why don't more NBA teams start enforcers who try to instigate things with other team's star players? (alien.top)

Is this frowned upon in the NBA? Mainly a player that will try antagonize star players and bait them into a double ejection. Every team in the NBA could use two of these guys and they can alternate suspensions.

The last time someone tried that with my star player they got sidelined for 60 games.
