I have an ancient laptop( Lenovo g500 ) And i want to ues a egpu on it the laptop is from 2014 so it doesn't have thunderbolt And i figured I would plug it in the wifi slot Will the usb wifi adapter work on a laptop

It would yes, but my experience with them aren't great, I'd reccomend using an Ethernet cable if possible since the laptop would be stationary at that point anyway
