The hit was around 1400 block of Spruce Street and Hicks Street for my fellow Philly people.

idk but it really is a weird situation. struck by driver side mirror hard enough to need medical attention. how does that even happen? was he on the street with a blindfold on? was the driver going like 200mph and there was 0 reaction time?

feels like he did somethin he wasn't supposed to, made up the story and told people the location and time, didn't realize there would have been cameras there, and now here we are
