Them being twins is not really important, is it? The core of anon's fantasy is that he wants to sleep with two sisters who also get all incesty with each other.
Some twins (most?) are not identical, so they're therefore indistinguishable from normal siblings unless you're some sort of age detective.
I dated twins once. The easiest way to tell them apart was that Ruby always had her nails painted red and Ron had a huge cock.

Twincest is probably the least icky type of incest. Since there is no age gap, same size and they’d know each other in and out. And in many cases same intelligence and personalities are the same or fully compatible. So the power dynamic is more equal than non twin siblings. At least if one isn’t mentally handicapped. Though still incest.
