I would rather just learn that from YouTube or free resources because the online MS degree is not worth the paper it will be printed on
My MS in Statistics was online, and it was worth getting me the job I have now. You might be a little outdated in your knowledge, but these days a lot of universities put their programs online for remote students. You attend the same lectures, do the same assignments, and take the same tests as the in-person students. It's every bit as rigorous and reputable. You certainly don't say it was an "online degree" in your resume - it's just a degree from that institution, which you obtained as a remote student.
