Love how Tony Starks voice comes out of Doctor Dooms mouth.

You think Robert Downey Jr. Is just gonna talk through his role as Doom like he did here?

I'm pretty sure he'll do some acting instead.

So counter-counterpoint. Doom should sound like Doom. Not like a copy and pasted RDJ from Iron Man 1.

The fact he just talks normally kinda proves my point about AI sucking ass.

Here's that character in the comics. His voice is lettered in a distinct way that the comics even reference and make fun of.

Something that AI couldn't reference for accuracy so didn't, and the result is fucking hilarious 😂 if that trailer was real, Marvel would be made fun of even more than it is now.

Also, people exploding into green mist is Power Rangers 2000 level of SFX bad. Not impressed at all by the powers Doom is supposed to have in this trailer if his biggest threat is turning you into a fart cloud.

Counterpoint to your counterpoint: this was done by one dude, on (likely) consumer level hardware. From that perspective - and in light of the prior framing - this is actually impressive AF. Or depressing AF.

2 years ago, we couldn't get Will Smith eating spaghetti right; now we're doing dangerously convincing fake trailers.

PS: I thought the voice work was pretty good here but YMMV.
