I’m almost 2 years into my social media management and photography business.

I like the freedom but I already feel unmotivated about my business (this is a typical pattern of my life).

Profit was very good at the beginning, but very decreased now. No question as to why: because I simply don’t put enough effort and work into my practice. I don’t make enough outreach, etc. but I simply find it hard to put myself out there. I feel unmotivated..

You can't have 'no idea as to why'. It's your business and you need to know this. Also, the issue seems to be more with your lack of work ethic and less to do with the business itself. So i think you should think about that. Any business gets monotonous in the long-run once the excitement wears off, so I also think you should stop thinking that the business needs to be 'fun'. As long as you don't hate it and you're doing well, you should continue the business.
