My favorite part about the ‘longevity argument’ is that people will always use that to discredit great stats, but you almost never here it for the terrible ones

Lebron being the all time leading scorer, Stockton being the all time assists/steals leader by a wide margin - it’s just bc they played for so long, anyone could’ve done it

Lebron having the most turnovers ever, Kobe missing the most shots all time - IMMEDIATELY TAKE THIS AT FACE VALUE WITH NO CONTEXT WHATSOEVER
