I personally don’t because I view giving any kind of support as subsidising their problematic views.

yes. because the point of the belief is that it's 'icky' and you dont' want any of the 'ick' on you.

and anyone who has any 'ick' on them, knowingly or unknowingly, might get some on you.

it's a moral purity belief structure that assumes the bad ideas/beliefs/actions are somehow transmissible to you.
