Looks like Equity is the best way to exist. Too bad greed = capitalism.

I think it predates humans. We’re not the only social animals with a sense of fairness, upon which greed is based, and we’re not the only ones known to punish greedy behavior.
When have we punished greedy behaviour?
That depends on the we in question. Chinese Haikou mayor sentenced to death for bribery and embezzlement
There's no reason for the fence to exist.
