Zach Wilson continually shifts blame from himself to the group. Why? Well, his LinkedIn from years ago sheds some light.

Zach Wilson said "[I] feel confident in anything I do".

No one should feel confident in everything they do. If you're bad, you are bad. You shouldn't have confidence. The shifting of blame from himself to the group shows clearly he has a delusional sense of confidence which he is unable to reconcile and therefore has to place blame outside himself to protect his ego.
