I like Nodutdol's Korea Education Toolkit for beginners. Doesn't require being a Marxist-Leninist or anything. I also recommend Blowback Season 3, but for Blowback I'd start with Season 1 as it's all good and relevant. Like the first rec, doesn't require you to be a Marxist-Leninist to understand.
