It sounds like a tiny bin.
It sounds like it could leak.
It sounds disgusting to put it with the dishes.
It sounds like you want people to dump exposed waste into their bigger bins. It will smell more and be less hygienic.
It sounds like you want to make a product that would be dirtier than the current product.
It sounds like when you fold it, all the rotting gunk inside will leak/be squeezed out onto the the floor/over people's feet.
The cost of a high intensity/single item dishwasher (and the extra cleaning tablet) run will negate at least part of any theoretical savings. It might actually be more expensive.
It sounds like something that would have to be done weekly to prevent it stinking the place out with rotting food stuck on the sides.
All in all, it sounds more hassle, more disgusting, more expense, more unhygienic, and less environmentally friendly than a regular bin.
