That seems super annoying to use actually. It all makes sense now.
You have to take your eyes off the road to figure out if Top or Bottom is Left or Right until you got used to that asinine design.
Yeah, and to people used to reading left to right and top to bottom, it would arguably be MUCH more intuitive for Left to be first/on top..
I'm thinking this might be one of the few design choices where Musk actually DID have some input.

They don't even have some kind of raised tactile button. It looks like a shitty toy button.
