Irate investors looking for a bankrupt “crypto king” were regular visitors to the new Toronto-area home of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Multi-million dollar 10K square foot homes don't grow on trees. With all of them, either the previous owners died, upgraded or something else. All of them have a story to tell and it's imperative that the buyer does their due diligence in the course of closing to discover what red flags a property has.

This is entirely on the shoulders of Shai's real estate agent who should've discovered this property's history and shyster owner(s). Hope Shai's legal challenge is accepted.
