Ironically, doesn't publicity of this lawsuit actually inform more bilked investors that an innocent NBA player now owns the home and so it reduces the risk of more angry visitors?

Almost like a reverse Streisand Effect

If youre buying that house you have a lot of money. He bought it for 8.4 million. People who dont have that much money dont buy realestate llike that.
