Obviously $5M is a lot of money, but for a lot of middle class people like myself this is attainable in a lifetime after saving for a while. Curious what each person’s choice would be for a “grail watch” that isn’t ridiculously expensive.

If your grail is poor mans rolex, sure

$4k watch is for poor man? Ok.

I'd take Tudor over Rolex just about any day of the week. I prefer their designs and I like the fact that I can literally just go and buy one without having to suck off an AD for years beforehand.

I think newer Rolex watches are rather tacky. Classic ones, nice. However I still prefer the snowflake hand over the typical Rolex hand. Tudor design is just plain better.

I mean, same honestly. Rolex does nothing for me and the prices are daft

What an utter bullshit comment, Tudor make great watches that are bought by a variety of collectors including Rolex owners because they like them rather than being a cheap version of whatever.

Thats the perception and how they're presented.
