Lots of people make jokes about Tank Commanders but Poole is the best example of one I think we’ve ever seen.

He is getting paid a ton of money to actively make the Wizards a worse basketball team

Yeah he's contributed to the Warrios getting a ring, while at the same time being the archetype of a tank commander. Talk about cognitive dissonance.
