It seems like NBA players are more injury-prone than ever. I don't know much about basketball strategies but theoretically, each team in a match will have a nearly identical number of possessions.
So why the need to play basketball at such a fast pace? That's really tiring.

The Knicks are not really a fast paced team. They replace those fast possesions with offensive rebounds, in which Mitchell Robinson is elite.

We do sometimes score in transition though.
