That's impressive. What sorts of things do you guys make with it? I'm partial to rhubarb sauce (goes great on pancakes, I tried it on vanilla icecream once too) and strawberry rhubarb pie.

Rhubarb crumble pie, rhubarb flour porridge, rhubarb bun pockets (piroshki)
You can chop it, saute it in butter with onions, add a splash of chicken stock or white wine, mash it up, and it makes a nice sauce for lean pork cuts :)
ooo this is a new idea to me, love it!
We give it to my sister, not sure what she makes. I think sauce or jam.
