Imagine someone showing up wearing a Nazi flag at a synagogue. That would be considered a hate crime.

This is no different.

I had this exact thought yesterday, but was looking for hate speech and couldn't find anything applicable.

Had another look for hate crime.

I guess 423.3 of Bill C-9?
