It's honestly really weird. To me this isn't (or rather doesn't look like) an attempt at flopping as much as a guy just happening to lose balance. If he then goes on to whine and call for a foul then I'd see it be a flop (and that mightve happened tbf, angle doesn't show), though I can see why that'd make for a slippery slope
