It needs to be said: Lebron is the first and only player to hit 38,400, 38,500, 38,600, 38,700, and 38,800 points in NBA history, as well as the first and only player to reach his current total of 38,879. Literally unprecedented numbers.
I'm being a bit dramatic but not really. We are witnessing history being made every single night. How many players and records can you say that about, right now, across any sport? Only comparison I can think of is Djokovic with number of Slams, Masters, and weeks spent at world #1.
He should be able to hit 40k this year which is just an absurd number.
Cristiano Ronaldo breaks all-time goalscoring record every time he scores
Those two are maybe the two greatest athletes ever
-9 downvoted, and no replies lmao, does r/NBA just despise soccer?
40k coming soon
His current total is 38,958 tho
