There's a difference between playing dirty and being physical. Chet stepping on Wembys foot after a freethrow is dirty, hartenstein grabbing Castles hair is dirty. And calling a foul on Wemby for for barley grabbing Hartensteins arm is bs, either the refs call it on both side or not at all.

I agree those 2 are dirty plays. I don't agree that refs are deliberately targeting Wemby for arm holding. It happens all the time in the course of a game - the arm holding, the grabbing the tugging. Most of the time you don't notice it because you are watching the ball, not where the hands are. This happens on every possession everytime a ball goes up in the air. Don't watch the ball, watch the hands and you'll see it. Half the time refs will let it go if they think both are doing the grabbing, half the time they don't see it because actions are shielded by the bodies. I just don't agree with special treatment that people are asking to treat Wemby with. He's a big man, playing a big man's game. He better be ready to play like a big man. He is a physical freak being that tall with that kind of athleticism and agility and dexterity, he can outplay most bigs but he is skinny as heck, and physicality is his kryptonite. He's got his natural gifts he can easily outplay the bigger guys. Why handcuff them too where their advantage is.

Wemby is a HUGE problem for the league. With the players Spurs got, this team along with OKC will dominate the league the next 10-15 years. I am NOT going to sit here and listen to Wemby fans ask for special treatment for Wemby that further handicap the rest of the league. It is akin to billionaires asking for more tax breaks. It's enough.

The only time I saw the holding called was on Wemby, I haven't watched every minute of every game though. I don't have a problem with it if its called evenly as possible.

OKC is a dirty team though, they go out and try to hurt players. Like the two examples I gave above, when Dort tripped Joker, Shai trying to rip Austin Reaves arm off. And these are only example that I've personly seen, I'm sure there's more.

And I'm not a Wemby fan, more of an OKC hater BTW lol

Last game they called arm grabbing on a few OKC players. The Wemby call came after those. I remember the sequence well because social media was crying about Wemby's arm being held and refs finally called it. And later in the game I had a chuckle when the refs caught Wemby doing it too and called foul on him.

We're all gonna be hating both teams soon enough. We need Celtics to be good again to challenge them. I can't believe I'm saying this.
