Is there a way to take all of my old computers and storage devices and merge all of the pictures? I’ve been holding onto old computers for years. If I can’t get the pics off of them, I’m going to toss them.

Google for 'hard drive docking station'.

Extract old hard drives from your old PCs, connect docking station to you new PC, insert old hard disks in dock, profit.
