Hey everyone. Looking for ideas on something dressier to pair with my GS. Preferably not a dive watch, and I want a face that’s either white or blue. Thanks for looking.

I would go for the blue Alpinist or the Hamilton Khaki Auto, which has a nice blue color too. For white, I‘ll have a look at the Sharp Edged SPB165.
