Why did Logitech buy Jaybird and then killed the brand? (alien.top)

Does it even makes sense marketing wise? There was basically zero overlap in market positioning between Logitech and Jaybird, and they're not even using it to compete with Jabra and the likes. Just why?

Just killing the competition. Standard monopolistic practices.
