Hi! I am looking for a rugged outdoor automatic watch that I can use when I fish and hike. I really like the Vacheron Constantin Overseas Titanium but it's a bit too expensive. Looking for something under 5k and no bigger than 42mm. Any good suggestions?

Honestly, fishing and hiking don’t necessarily require a super rugged watch. Water resistance yes. I think anything from Tudor, Sinn, Seiko with 200m water resistance will be fine.

Naomi Uemura wore a Seiko Captain Willard to the North Pole. I wear my Seiko SLA049 often doing outdoor activities for almost 2 years and it’s been fine.
