Fediverse

It's almost too many to list, but off the top of my head:

• General "jank", from how community search works to how events work. It's massive technical debt that is more work to fix than it would be to just start over.
• Lack of professional branding or vision. It looks like it is run by some random people on the Internet rather than an actual group that has a plan or vision.
• UI is extremely outdated and unintuitive

I also have an idea of how I think the platform should work at a fundamental level that is different from how friendica approaches things.
