Next year we would see Pirates of the Caribbean remake,

Semi-confirmed, although it's still in limbo.

new Spider Man,

Coming this July.

new Shrek,

Confirmed for next year.

new Transformers

In development.

new Simpsons movie

Coming next year. Also, posted in this very community.

So pretty much nothing would change but planning would be way easier.

Maybe they already do this...
