Um... Without a tank, how else would they escalate a situation that could otherwise have been resolved through negotiation and patience, dummy?
I couldn't find a tank, but they do have a pretty badass looking "heavy rescue team" although that's their rescue squad, sometimes it makes sense, our DOT has a full sized Hummer that they actually use.
