How do you guys listen to apple music hi res lossless on windows? (alien.top)

I tried using the apple music preview on the microsoft store but when i checked the file type of the song it said 256kbps 44.1khz, when I know that on my phone its 24 bit 96khz

apple viewer something, i forgot the app name, its in the windows store, you can max everything there, spatial audio and the quality, as far as i know there isn't dolby something there
