Im NOT a us citizen or resident

Hsbc left US for retail so I gotta find a new credit card.

My investment accounts are in the US. So I need a US based credit card (without foreign transaction fees). Otherwise I’d need to pay 2-5% extra and I’d need to deal with moving funds internationally. If it’s a US credit card, it’s just ACH.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

A USD based card or a US territory card? You can get USD accounts in most countries not just the US

I think the issue is sending the ach to pay it off. Think they want to avoid sending that money internationally, if even to a usd card, but in a non US bank
