I still can’t believe Russell wanted out of Seattle, a city that made him. The front office gave him the chance to be a superstar and a winner and Seattle loved him and embraced him on a Ken Griffey Jr. level. Seattle protected him. Now he’s completely exposed as the game manager he is on the field and the complete nerd he is off the field.
