He has a +/- of +5.1

The rest of the usual starters have :

Cam : -0.7 DLo : -1.1 Davis : -2.4 Austin : -3.1 Prince : -4.5

Now when it comes to BPM.

Lebron : 8.4

Davis : 3.7 DLo : 0.4 Austin : -1.3 Cam : -1.5 Prince : -5.3

That's a monumental carry job on paper. I have never seen anything quite like it in terms of numbers. Even when it comes to the eye test, the Lakers are looking like a G-League team without him on the court, especially on offense. Their set plays look terrible and sloppy. This fuckery can't go on forever, the man is 39.

AD is off to a relatively slow scoring start so far this season, 22ppg down from 26 last season. Lakers need more offensively from their guys especially at the two extreme ends of games

Feels like every 4th quarter play is a LeBron bucket or assist at this point, and we consistently have horrific starts to games

AD is definitely the biggest loser of the new offensive scheme. He's too good of a finisher to be reduced to a screening role.

It's a catch 22.

Build the offense around him and he is out injured after 60 games. So now who is your offense built around?

Make him a secondary piece to preserve his health and you are now under utilizing your supposedly best player.

At some point Bron gonna have to kick up that Trade Machine....AD is 30 now, many bigs are washed by 30.

He is but I think people are really underestimating how much energy he has been expending on the defensive end. We’ve got a whole bunch of supposedly good offensive players this year it’s those guys that need to step up.

That's mostly down to him gritting through this hip injury. Before that he was averaging 26.3 ppg which was his highest since NOLA.

It's a little weird that both AD and LeBron are shooting less than they ever have so far
