I hate when psychadelics are misrepresented to people who haven't taken them. For the best depiction I've seen, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas: the carpet in the hotel lobby and the cross-bleed of the war reporting on television and how he felt about the photographer talking about motorcycles (it's not literal, for those who aren't experienced).
That said… funny.

Yeah, I know it is more subtle. Odd that even trippers enjoy the exaggerated trope.
LSD would definitely simulate the experience of zooming in on the AI generated face of grandma (try it).
