Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha, no, seriously, battery management is now AI, and it's not just a rebrand of the same power management scheme we've had for years, honest. hahahahahahahahahahaha
Yeah, adaptive battery 1st introduced in android 9.
Doesn't running an AI model typically use more battery?
The model size for this task would be so small and energy consumption so miniscule it won't matter.
In theory, assuming Samsung doesn't decide to use that for other purposes.

What's next? Touch AI? AI lockscreen? AI ribbon cables?

But is tech also when AI?
If I understand correctly something like "touch AI" is already used, at least on keyboards. It's actually very difficult to touch what you think you're touching on a phone screen, so your device does some degree of prediction of where you really wanted to touch.
Will the battery be removable for the next model? Is the model locally run?
They have much more complex models running on-device. It would be laughable if this was not.
