are caused by years and years of bad drafts.

We have a talent deficit. Guys who were supposed to be rock solid starters just aren't there.

And Mark Davis has chosen (up till now. crossing my fingers) poor coaching talent.

It comes down to poor judgement of talent all the way through the organization. This could continue to happen... spirals and fractals of poor judgement. Scary sheet.
