the penthouse apartment will have its control transferred so Freeman and Moss can sell it, potentially for millions of dollars.

will also be entitled to about $2 million in legal fees Giuliani has said the Trump campaign still owes him

Giuliani must also turn over a collection of several watches, including ones given to him by European presidents after the September 11, 2001, attacks; a signed Joe DiMaggio jersey and other sports memorabilia; and a 1980 Mercedes once owned by the Hollywood star Lauren Bacall.

And my favorite bit...

Additionally, the judge ordered that Giuliani turn over his television, items of furniture and jewelry.

Give them EVERYTHING. Congrats ladies! You deserve it! Burn Rudy, Burn.

This is very satisfying.

And people somehow don't look at this and say "hey. Isn't that the guy directly connected with Trump?"

Because the same thing should be happening to him. Maybe someday...

I never thought it would happen to Giuliani so got that going for me

I hereby recommend Cards Against Humanity amend a card to now read "Jerking off into a pool of Rudy Giuliani's hair-dye tinted tears".

Ya ~~hate~~ LOVE to see it folks.

Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss get to sue Trump for the money he owes to Rudy

Beat me to it OP!

Additionally, the judge ordered that Giuliani turn over his television, items of furniture and jewelry.

Oh my fucking LOL! Judge said everything. "Did I stutter?"

Now do his Florida home. I want this man drug out on the streets like that one scene in Batman.

probably won't happen. IANAL, but I seem to recall hearing that most bankruptcy laws have provisions such that you can't be forced to sell your primary residence to pay off a debt.

[–] Badeendje@lemmy.world 8 points 3 weeks ago

Which is ridiculous if the primary residence is a multi million dollar home. Then the provision should be ammended that you can lose it but need to be provided with a starter home from the proceeds.

Dumbass probably gonna still vote for him too.

Pretty smart move actually. If Harris wins, the legal action will continue regardless of who he voted for. If trump wins and he finds out that Rudy voted against him, that would arguably be worse for him.

Fuck him up ladies.

I am literally surviving on little sips of justice like this.

[–] BetaBlake@lemmy.world 3 points 3 weeks ago

Like sipping on little drops of water on the wall of the cave I'm stuck in, barely sustaining me.

I think Giuliani is Trump's portrait of Dorian Grey... but Giuliani has hit his limit, and it's showing in Trump.

[–] rauls4@lemm.ee 2 points 3 weeks ago

He is probably going to die of old age before he releases a penny.
