If you're with T-Mobile; another major pain in the ass is known as AppSelector
. Check in Settings > Apps
for this pest and Disable
it!!~

Then that's not on Google, that's on Samsung. Wouldn't be the first time they pull crap like this
Actually, it looks like it was Verizon in this case. For what they charge, you'd think they wouldn't stoop so low.
I recommend buying a Motorola (Edge) phone, they don't have any crap on their phones and I they have great battery time.
I'll keep it in mind for my next phone, thanks!
