How can they apologise to you?

Your team CLEARLY doesn’t exist

[–] innit122@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Whats the point for all the blank spaces then?

[–] bslawjen@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Pretty sure they're talking about the FA Cup in this section and how clubs from all over the UK no matter the league they play in participate.

[–] Err0@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Brighton isnt pushed off the map due to lack of space on the map.... its just purposely missed out

[–] CrossXFir3@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Well fuck them too

[–] HotPotatoWithCheese@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

My favourite thing about this map is that Man United and Chelsea don't even make the cut.

[–] internallylinked@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

London is red

[–] Danzard@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Swansea and Cardiff proper West Country clubs

[–] CaptainSmeg@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Newcastle and Preston becoming Yorkshire derbies for us is not what I expected today.

[–] LilGoughy@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

How tf are we more welsh than Wrexham lol

[–] LastBlueHero@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

You all keep saying about Brentford in the north but Rochdale in Wales and Blackburn in the borders is another shocker.

[–] TheKnightsRider@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

United were relegated? Blyth got their place?

[–] nimloman@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

As someone that lives in America now, 99% of people here, seriously don’t know where American Football teams let alone cities are located, Let alone UK.

The more you look, the worse it gets.

Blyth Spartans are massive

[–] GazzP@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Blyth has to be massive to contain Big Dan Burn

[–] FaustRPeggi@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

They're so massive they've managed to capture Brentford in their orbit and yeet them to Hexham.

[–] tmw88@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I reckon this was made by a Liverpool fan trolling. Everton in Wales and Man Utd wiped off the map.

[–] OneCard6710@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (3 children)

QPR, the famous Gloucestershire club

I like the show but sometimes it's mental how aimed at Americans it is.

[–] chandlerbing_stats@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Chelsea, Tottenham, Fulham, and West Ham all got sent to the shadow realm. But, QPR got a spot on the map 🤔

[–] xScottieHD@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I for one welcome Blyth Spartans claiming their rightful place as the biggest club in the country. Robbie Dale would've made mincemeat of Haaland.

[–] LeagueOfML@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Most Americans call all of the UK “England” so yeah

[–] yrugay1@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Tbf most of Americans call any European country "Europe". They will tell you they went on a vacation to Europe, which could range from Darlington to Albania

[–] infestationE15@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

i subscribe to this

[–] suunsglasses@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Watch it, it's going to move!

[–] MyIdoloPenaldo@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Ah yes, my favourite northern club, Brentford

[–] moonski@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Up there with the Welsh giants Everton

[–] StupidMastiff@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Fucking hell, the blue shite have built their new stadium a bit out of the way.

[–] yrugay1@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

This really represents the American knowledge of geography quite well

[–] Callum0598@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Who knew Brentford was further north than Leeds?

[–] Stop_Gettin_Cunty@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Gotta love that Welsh team Everton

[–] Banksyyy_@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Why are some logos new and some logos old. Like look at Birmingham lmao and Arsenal. And then they're using Manchester's new logo.

[–] CheeseAndCrepes@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Hahahaha, eat shit Spurs!

[–] CaptainSmeg@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

[–] Skullgrid@lemmy.world 1 points 1 year ago

Newcastle are in the north right? Yeah seems legit, ship it

[–] McCloudUK@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I watched this and it was gone in a few seconds. But even those few seconds I was bemused.

Seems like Grimsby has invaded past the Humber and pushed Hull into Whitby. Newcastle has had a few too many and stumbled into the the wrong side of the country. Brentford have high tailed it as far away from London as they can. Everton have had enough of being the 2nd best team in Liverpool and becoming the best team in the middle of nowhere. Blyth are now the PRIMARY team in England. Incredible
