It's on the other side of the planet, so the bottom of the pyramid is up ofc. Also inverted.

This is the obvious answer! Why didn’t I think of it?

That’s the weirdest pyramid I’ve ever seen.

It's the Magnesia stadium in Turkey, not sure what it has to do with pyramids in New Zealand

Watched a clip somewhere recently of black science man explaining how a pyramid is the most stable building shape to form and without complex tooling. So wouldn’t be a surprise if they keep popping up left right and centre as part of ancient civilisation remains.

And he's absolutely right, but this isn't a building, this is the absence of any structure whatsoever.

Oh yeah, agreed. I was wondering where the pyramid in the picture was…

I have a pyramid under my back yard and no, you can't see it!

You're right! Why did no archaeologist ever listen to Charles Ponzi?

Is that where your hole keeps getting filled with other people's dirt?

[–] FlyingSquid@lemmy.world 4 points 4 days ago

Always keep your hole clean and shower every day. This has been a public service announcement.

Dude has clearly never played Caesar II.

Looks more like what remains of the valley of Helm's Deep and the Hornburg to me.

The word “unearthed” indicates that it is buried. Unless you can see through dirt, this image proves nothing.

You’d think that being unearthed would equate to getting yeeted off planet

NASA unearthed 3 astronauts in a successful launch today.
