That sounds like a job for... a spreadsheet.

π± Noooooo! π
I mean, that would be an easy solution, but being a self hoster, I'm maniac about self hostng everything! π
You can host Libreoffice Online if you really want
Nextcloud with collabora for browser editing
Not all heroes wear macros.
Has Home Assistant integration as well.
That could be a solution, thanks!
Can I use a voice assistant in HA to add, remove, and read out items on my shopping list? The build in one doesn't seem to have this ability yet.
I've had a look at awesome selfhosted, but those are ERP, pretty big thing to do what I need. Do you think that those are the only solutions?
Sounds like a good use for asset management. I've used SnipeIT for asset management, and it works amazingly well for this.
Some thing like packagetrackr? I've also wanted something like that but haven't really looked
Not really.
I want to track orders (when, where, how much, items, for whom, etc.), not packages.
Itβs just a spreadsheet system but it uses python under the hood so you can do some pretty cool stuff with it. You can use it to build a little item tracker for yourself to your own specifications.
For example I used it to make a system for tracking car maintenance. So thereβs a sheet for managing car parts, a sheet for managing job types, a sheet for managing tools and then a main sheet I can use to add repair and maintenance jobs, quick add the parts Iβm buying, tools Iβm using etc and Iβll get a total cost and all.
I came across ryot a while ago but didn't have a chance to really play with it. It might be useful for something like this though. Grocy is another that comes to mind.
Shop.com has a great service that combs through my email and tracks everything I've ordered and when it's coming. It even has access to my Amazon account directly since their tracking isn't in the email. You'd need a service that can do that without selling your entire purchase history to anyone who's interested. Good luck.
I wasn't looking for something that advanced, I was thinking about something more simpler where I can manually insert the orders details.
