I have that on my PC but I don't have the slightest idea how to actually use it, how does it work?
Go into settings and look for "always-on vpn" in the settings for the vpn and then "block connections without vpn"

Oh wait, you mean interface, sorry mate, I think that requires root, enable VPN app, it will handle it automatically.
