Usually im pretty happy to see my club in german football stats, this time however im happy not to be included
What is the main reason Fürth seems to stuck at 2nd tier? You guys are literally the top of the all-time 2nd tier.
I mean stability is awesome, but teams usually uses that stability to jump to the 1st tier. Fürth did that too but it's very little with how much they spend in 2nd.
We simply dont have the money. The reason we never got relegated to the third tier is because we have a great academy. It keeps the club alive, but we cant get a footing in the Bundesliga since we cant afford the wages other clubs can offer our players.
Although the team of the 2012/13 season should have been good enough to at least compete somewhat
They still managed to got a positive record in the first Buli Frankenderby though.
